Refund Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be New. It must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Costs & Return Method

• Original Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Therefore, there are no original shipping costs to refund.

• Return Shipping: We accept returns via Mail. We will provide a Free Return Label which you can download and print. You do not need to pay for return shipping.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items, as well as for change of mind, provided the items are in new condition.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
